The government should lock the infected people in a giant hospital room. They are needed to be isolated just in case someone breaks out and infect more people. A nurse or a doctor should check up on the infected people every hour. The army shouldn't be involved in this case. There is no point of shooting anyone because people shouldn't get their life taken away just for being infected. They should only be isolated from everyone else who isn't infected.
